Although MacTX is labeled as beta software, it is a very stable, usable emulator. The application comes bundled with several games and full source code is available on the author's home page.

MTXEmu is very early in development. Currently it can do little more than boot and use BASIC, and is not very stable. However, it's a good start for a fledgling emulator developer.
